Large double bedroom with beautiful sea view and balcony. You’ll feel on a boat! Exposed to South, it enjoys a mild microclimate all year round. Direct access to the golden sandy beach of Calandre. Located 300m from the medieval village of Ventimiglia Alta and 7km from the French Riviera. Free Condominium Parking (first come first served).

The apartment and the big terrace offer a 180-degree view of the sea and the French Riviera. The atmosphere is unique. The only "noise" is the sound of the sea. In the immediate vicinity, there is Calandre Beach beneath the apartment complex that you can walk down to from the building. Within 5-10 minutes on foot there is Ventimiglia Alta, which is one of the largest walled medieval towns in Liguria. There are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shop, newsstand, pharmacy and tobacco. Located 500 meters from the Monegasque tourist port Cala del Forte accessible on foot and by public elevator and 700 meters from the tourist and commercial center of Ventimiglia and its famous market. Within a few minutes drive you will find renowned resorts of the French Riviera such as Nice, Monaco and Menton, beautiful towns such as Bordighera and Sanremo and scenic/cultural sights such as the Hambury Gardens and the prehistoric museum of the Balzi Rossi.
