"Como in Centro" is the ideal choice for families who love design and modernity while enjoying the warmth of a cozy and comfortable home. Technology and home automation make this apartment modern and comfortable: 4 Smart TVs, controlled mechanical ventilation, lights, blinds, air conditioning, and underfloor heating are adjustable by simple buttons and remote controls. The apartment can host 8 guests. There are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with an extendable twin bed (perfect for children), and a sofa bed in the living area. The newly built apartment is on the third floor with an elevator; it has large spaces and a modern kitchen equipped with everything the guests might need. There are 2 bathrooms, a dryer and a washing machine, plus a large balcony furnished to relax outside. The property is generally accessible for people with some mobility issues, though not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. There is an elevator in the building and no steps. If you have specific questions, send us a message. There are two parking spaces: one in the outdoor courtyard and a private covered garage.

The property is within walking distance from the busy city life. Supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants are located just next to the apartment. Como old town is around the corner, and Como San Giovanni train station is a short walk away. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the lakefront.
