Residences in new construction. Both residences are provided of AC (air conditioning), free Wi-Fi, mosquitos nets, they can host up to 7 people, have a private perking spot, private yard and a patio with table and chairs, barbecue, sunbeds, outside shower, washing machine and iron. The entrance is wide and sunny, the living room is an open space where there is a TV (50"), couch, table with chairs, wood mezzanine with staircase, furnished stove with utensils: Fridge Freezer Oven Dishwasher Stove Coffee machine Boiler Toaster The first residence is a furnished 2 bedrooms: The first room can host 2 people with a king-size bed (180x200cm). The second room can host 3 people, there is a bunked bed and a French bed (full size) (140x200cm) and a single bed (90x200). The mezzanine can host 2 people with a nice sleeper sofa (pull-out), french size (140x190cm). The bathroom is fully supplied with a nice shower, sink, toilet and bidet, hairdryer, bathroom kit, bedding and cloth.
Over 60 years ago, Luigi Carpineti was one of the firsts entrepreneur and builder of the "litorale anziate" (Anzio coast) and the surrounding area: he dedicated his career to the realization of prestigious houses. He handed down to his son Fabio his same passion that back in the spring of 2001 became real when this last one founded the company DOMUS LAVINIA SRL, standing out for stile and the newest technology. Following the family footprints, in 2022, Fabio and his sons Luigi and Anita they decided to expand their prospectives by creating the "casa vacanze DOMUS LAVINIA", aimed to seize at best the time of who is choosing to spend a short time in vacation.
