Travelling is one of my greatest passions, as it allows me to get to know new cultures and new landscapes, from which I draw inspiration for my homes! Marco is an attentive Host, sociable and willing to give advice before and during your stay, but working full-time he can hardly welcome guests personally as he would like. Fascinated by automation and technology he has thought of an efficient self check-in and self check-out, however there will be no lack of communication and ad Hoc guidelines!

With a mezzanine double bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed, it offers spacious and well-furnished accommodation. Free street parking makes travelling quick and easy, while its central location ensures quick connections to tourist attractions, clinical institutes and universities in the area. A modern and functional environment for a pleasant and practical stay.

Piazza Carlo Donegani, is a very quiet area in the Città Studi district, very often there is free parking in the immediate vicinity, however there are several covered pay car parks a few metres from the flat. The best way to get around the area and reach the centre is by metro: the Lambrate M2 stop is 300 metres away on foot and allows you to reach the Central Station in less than 10 minutes or Brera in 15 minutes. Changing at Loreto M1 or Centrale M3 you can reach Milan Cathedral in less than 20 minutes. The Politecnico di Milano is a 500-metre walk away and the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori is a 1 km walk away. From STAZIONE CENTRALE: From Centrale take the M2 line (green line - 4 stops) and get off at LAMBRATE. From there it is approximately a 250m walk.
