An experienced host, a former owner of other accommodation facilities in past years, this location aims to be a smart, comfortable, discreet and relaxing structure despite being located in the nerve centre of the city, behind the exhibition centre, next to the borgo trento and borgo roma hospitals and the major industries in the ZAI area
The VERONA FIERA or GOLOSINE district has become Verona's industrial hub in recent years. Situated just outside the historic city centre, it is known for being multi-ethnic and above all it is very popular for the convenience of the free parking available and because it is located 30 METRES FROM THE FAIR, 10 MINUTES BY BUS OR CAR FROM THE OLD CITY, 5 MINUTES FROM THE VERONA SUD MOTORWAY EXIT, COMFORTABLE TO THE TANGENZIALI (ring roads) and therefore also VERY CLOSE TO THE VALERIO CATULLO AIRPORT
