The place is a house, plenty of space, it feels as if you are a little at home: lots of decoration and equipped very well. Pellet stove is very cosy and we used it with pleasure since it was cold outside. The house has an informal style, nothing fancy, but really cosy. Kitchen has lots of material, very well equipped, but some pots, etc. are a little older. Stunning view from the terrace: local forest closeby and the Etna in the background. We liked the silence of the local environment and enjoyed the nature. And last but certainly not least important: the host was extremely friendly, always helping us with advice when we had questions.

Lovely and comfortable mountain house, 5 minutes walk from the center, along the Belvedere road which offers a breathtaking view of the Strait of Messina. The apartment is richly furnished in a retro style: it belonged for many years to my family and was lived as a holiday home; it offers all the comforts and services, with a well-stocked kitchen and a large living room for fun evenings with friends. The house is inside a private green area, surrounded by trees. You can also take advantage of the paved patio, where you can simply enjoy the mountain air sitting on deck chairs. In the garden we also have a corner with a grill for barbecue. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story house. Next to this house, there is another twin one. These apartments are often empty, which guarantees maximum tranquility.

Gambarie is a quiet location, perfect for those seeking relaxation and wanting to enjoy the mountain air. In the winter season it becomes a popular tourist destination, thanks to the presence of ski resorts. During the summer it is populated with residents and tourists who enjoy the perfect summer mountain climate. It is less populated out of season. After booking, we will provide you with a pdf document with information on places to visit, points of interest, shops, restaurants, and all the info you need for a fantastic stay.
