The Ruscello Mountain Apartment is a welcoming studio apartment furnished in warm mountain style with a touch of modernity that will make you feel like you are in a mountain "Chalet", equipped with all comforts, garage and storage. Suitable to comfortably accommodate 2 people, it is located on the first floor, consisting of a large open space with kitchenette, dining table, smart TV, a comfortable foldaway double bed, equipped with a mattress with topper, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer. The apartment is equipped with heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi network. We provide each guest with a set of towels and slippers. Furthermore, in the basement of the condominium there is a garage and a storage room, with direct access to the apartment, via lift or externally via stairs. -Self Check-in mode is available, a personal Check-in is not possible, we will not be physically present on site, you will be contacted via WhatsApp and we will ask you to send us your documents/passports and pay the tourist tax via a link . Once we have received the documents and payment, we will send illustrative videos, the access code and various useful information for your stay. - It is mandatory that at least one of the guests has WhatsApp for Self Check-in. - Only dogs are accepted at the Ruscello Mountain Apartment, their presence must be reported in advance, there is a supplement per day per dog which also includes extra sanitization at the end of the stay. IMPORTANT all other pets are not accepted. -The Municipality of Madesimo requires payment of the tourist tax per person per night, to be paid before your arrival via a link that we will send you. -Please read all the information carefully before making your reservation
