A lovely, cozy family-run hotel with incredibly friendly and polite staff. Everything is spotless, the bed and room feel just like home. We stayed only for one night, but absolutely loved it. We had dinner there - simple but really tasty. As for breakfast, despite some reviews saying it’s bad or nothing special, we found it totally fine - enough to start the day. Great location: free parking, and you can easily walk to the lake, mountain streams, a nice café, and an old church. Overall, a wonderful place to stay - highly recommended!

Just a great facility, loads of space with plenty to do, nice for the option of the spa after skiing, and a drink in the bar from the slope, just perfect

Everything was great, staff, restaurant and rooms. We will be back

Nice, very well looked after small hotel.

Perfect location, friendly staff, good food

The service in general, the cleanliness of all the areas and the quality of the restaurant.

In the places, it is in a fabulous place, the environment is a miracle. The accommodation is also clean and tidy, the breakfast is also very delicious, homemade cheeses, the dinner was also good, the table setting is also very high-quality. The accommodation itself and the surroundings are suitable for a retreat from the noise of the city, I recommend it to everyone :)

Great location. Traditional Swiss Style Staff were great.

It is well position next to highway of Italy

Lots of activities for kids inside the hotel, ski 🎿 front hotel, free parking around the hotel near the river, you can choose a paid hotel park for 15 euros for night. We stayed one night, but they didn't charge for parking. For best view choose room number 314, food excellent 👌 , most positive thing was very warm room all the night.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, right in the town center and close to the ski slopes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. It had a large balcony with a table and chairs, and a small desk with a kettle. Breakfast was rich, with many sweet and savory options. To avoid getting stuck in the snow, we left the car in Campodolcino, took the funicular up to Motta, and from there to Madesimo the free shuttle bus, which arrives very close to the hotel.

Very large room with mountain (and, alas, ski lifts) view. Great food in the restaurant. Beautiful stop on the way from Italy to Switserland.

I fell in love with this place, it had a proper family feel to it and the surrounding areas were beyond beautiful. The staff working here were wonderful and the food mmmmmm amazing

Beautiful location, what you think every Swiss mountain village should look like

Very nice hotel, completely renewed characterised by a distinct alpine style and design. The rooms are cozy and perfectly equipped with all what’s necessary. The bed are excellent and very comfortable; we had a perfect sleep here. We appreciated the beautiful mountain style, with a perfect blend of wood and natural stone.

Well laid out hotel. Super clean and quiet. Sauna is great. Restaurant with a diverse range of dishes. Kids play room is top.

It was a beautiful stay-over, I will be there again soon..!!!!

Everything particularly the landscape and the architecture and the water. The italian staff are also so warm and welcoming.
