The Ruscello Mountain Apartment is a welcoming studio apartment furnished in warm mountain style with a touch of modernity that will make you feel like you are in a mountain "Chalet", equipped with all comforts, garage and storage. Suitable to comfortably accommodate 2 people, it is located on the first floor, consisting of a large open space with kitchenette, dining table, smart TV, a comfortable foldaway double bed, equipped with a mattress with topper, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer. The apartment is equipped with heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi network. We provide each guest with a set of towels and slippers. Furthermore, in the basement of the condominium there is a garage and a storage room, with direct access to the apartment, via lift or externally via stairs. -Self Check-in mode is available, a personal Check-in is not possible, we will not be physically present on site, you will be contacted via WhatsApp and we will ask you to send us your documents/passports and pay the tourist tax via a link . Once we have received the documents and payment, we will send illustrative videos, the access code and various useful information for your stay. - It is mandatory that at least one of the guests has WhatsApp for Self Check-in. - Only dogs are accepted at the Ruscello Mountain Apartment, their presence must be reported in advance, there is a supplement per day per dog which also includes extra sanitization at the end of the stay. IMPORTANT all other pets are not accepted. -The Municipality of Madesimo requires payment of the tourist tax per person per night, to be paid before your arrival via a link that we will send you. -Please read all the information carefully before making your reservation

The apartment is located in a quiet and private area, but at the same time remains close to the main street of the center of Madesimo, within walking distance you will find shops, groceries, bars, restaurants, and is also very close to the ski slopes, just 150 meters from the departure of the Montalto chairlift and just 250 meters from the departure of the Larici cable car, it will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday without giving up comfort and relaxation. By simply leaving the house, you will have everything at your fingertips, without having to take the car.
