Property info

Our particular house offers all comforts in a modern and refined ambience, it is bright and has two floors. It is located in a quiet area, close to all services in town, and in a great position with respect to sea and mountains. The house is a detached house surrounded by a private garden where you can park up to 3 cars. In the garden there is also a space covered by reeds where you can organize barbecues (available a small barbecue) and dine outside. Our backyard is also equipped with valves suitable for washing equipment and areas for hanging out the laundry. On the ground floor there is a large open space with a bright living room (TV, stereo), kitchen with island, master bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine, and the second bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase inside, there is a large room with 3 beds, dining table, air conditioner, TV, printer and stereo. The house is very practical and cozy.

Neighborhood info

The area where we are is very quiet, on the edge of the village, little traffic and quiet. The area is very safe and there is a lot of green around: a few meters away begins the countryside with olive groves, vine etc. The town offers all the amenities such as bars, tobacco shop, typical Sardinian restaurant ("Il Boscaiolo"), gas station, bank, pharmacy, supermarket and so on. In addition you can still buy products at km 0 directly from producers. Everything is accessible on foot.
