Langolo di Filippo is recently renovated, overlooks Piazza Paolo Diacono, the beating heart of Cividale del Friuli. The apartments are two, on the first and second floor, and are independent; the exposed stone walls, the beams and the wooden floors, together with a refined lighting of the details, create a welcoming atmosphere. Each apartment has a kitchen complete with all appliances and products for personal hygiene and premises. The bedrooms are facing the internal courtyard and all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The first floor is recommended for three adults but can also accommodate four people with a sofa bed in the living room of a square and a half.
The idea of creating Filippo's corner is born of a strong sense of hospitality and the pleasure of meeting new people coming from other places near or far. Hosting is a way to enrich knowledge and compare experiences. The renovation of the apartments has been very demanding, but that good feeling that is felt when you feel that the guests have been well and leave with a nice memory of us and Cividale, we are satisfied with everything.
The central location of L'angolo di Filippo offers tourists the opportunity to fully experience the town; in the central and beautiful Piazza Paolo Diacono there are in fact wine bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, restaurants and shops. Walking along the streets of the center, you can easily reach all the historical and artistic sites of Cividale, such as the Longobard Temple, the Archaeological Museum, the Devil's Bridge and the Celtic Hypogeum. Next to the corner of Filippo is the Informacittà where you can get all the information on the tourist offer, on the artistic and natural heritage, on the events and events of Cividale and surroundings. A self-service laundry and a supermarket are also nearby. The apartments are less than a 10-minute walk from the train station; those arriving by car can park for free, even for several days, in the nearby parking lots.
