The living room features a vaulted ceiling in the typical local tuff stone and some iconic design furnitures of the 70s. A vaste selection of novels, architecture and design books is available to our guests for consultation during their stay. From the master bedroom you will be able to access the rooftop, with its breathtaking view. The stunning view on the harbor, roofs and churches will be an unforgettable memory. The second bedroom, with a generous 20 SqM surface, is equipped with a bunk bed and a queen size bed, hence perfect for families with kids. Plenty of typical restaurants and bars are easily reachable and at walking distance just in minutes. Monopoli offers wonderful beaches in town or just at short distance for those who prefer wider spaces. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, while the living room is Air Conditioned.

My wife and I are an architect and designer with a passion for traveling, people, learning about other cultures, costumes and traditions. We have been living oversea for many years, and Monopoli is the the place we always return to when going back to Italy . It is the place that allows us to feel on holiday and enabling us to unplug from our life routine. The historic center of Monopoli is a jewel of popular architecture mixed with sumptuous religious buildings and splendid noble palaces. It is Porta Vecchia, flanked by the city walls, that leads to the ancient part of the city, lying on the Adriatic and dominated by the Castle. The heart of the old city is the baroque Cathedral of Santa Maria della Madia. Not far away, the characteristic Piazza Garibaldi, where the Church of San Francesco d’Assisi and the Church of Santa Maria degli Amalfitani stand. Largo Palmieri is also worth a visit, with the palace of the same name and the Church of Santa Teresa. A dream sea and a historic center rich in art and history make Monopoli one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic. The symbol of the city is the Castle of Charles V, now home to exhibitions and conferences. Among the recurrences, the celebrations for Saints Cosma and Damiano, first weekend of June, and the commemoration of the landing of the raft with the icon of the Madonna della Madia, on August 14 and December 16.
