A cozy and bright apartment a few steps from the Ghirlandina, symbol of the city of Modena. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a period building served by an elevator. It consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress size cm 160x200 h 17), SMART TV HD 55", wardrobe and bookcase; a kitchen equipped with new appliances and crockery; a bedroom with wardrobes and satin linen, bathroom with glass shower box, private terrace with access to the apartment. All the furniture is new. The apartment is equipped with independent heating system, air conditioning in every room and fiber optic internet connection with WI-FI.

The apartment was delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. Upon departure you are required to leave the apartment and kitchen in order with the fridge clean and washed dishes, as they are not included in the general cleaning costs. During your stay in the rented accommodation you are responsible for any damage that may occur (unless this is the result of normal wear and tear) and the risks associated with your presence (fire, flooding, etc..).
