L'appartamento in corte è disposto su due livelli collegati tra di loro da una scala esterna. Al piano terra si trovano sala, cucina (completa di tutto), ripostiglio ed al primo piano la camera da letto (completa di biancheria da letto), locale armadio ed un bagno (collegato alla camera da un balcone esterno) con vasca e doccia. L'appartamento è stato da me personalmente sistemato con amore partendo da un'antica casa di famiglia. Parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze.
Nelle vicinanze è possibile visitare alcune località del Lago Maggiore: Santa Caterina del Sasso, Le Isole Borromee, Villa Taranto, Stresa, Laveno Mombello, Luino, Angera ed Arona. Vicino si trovano anche alcune delle spiagge sul Lago di Monate. È possibile visitare il Sacro Monte di Varese, Arcumeggia, alcuni luoghi del FAI, e città come Varese, Milano, Como, Lugano, Locarno, Ascona.
