In the east of Elba, between the towns of Rio nell'Elba and Ortano, lies the charming holiday house La Villetta in green, absolutely quiet surroundings. Consisting of a comfortably furnished living-dining room with integrated, functionally equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with bunk bed) and a bathroom, the holiday home offers space for 4 persons. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area, which invites with a lovingly laid out, shared garden, a covered, furnished pergola with outdoor kitchen and grill as well as fantastic views over the hilly surroundings and the sea, to relaxed evenings with the whole family. Despite the secluded location, shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars in Rio nell'Elba are only a 5-minute drive away. The nearest beach, Spiaggia d'Ortano, is 1 km or 6 minutes by car. Sheets and towels are available at an extra cost. Pets are allowed, on request, for an extra charge of 8 euros per day. As water is a very precious and expensive commodity here in Elba, we ask you to pay particular attention to water consumption by always turning off taps and avoiding waste as much as possible. If excessive consumption is detected, you will be charged for the extra value.
