In front of the house there is also a convenient bus stop that will take you to: -Lecco (15 minutes) -Lake Como (15 minutes) -Varenna (35 minutes) ✧The house can accommodate up to 4 guests and thanks to its private terrace it is ideal for a perfect stay with friends or family The strong point of the house is definitely the TERRACE from which you will have a magnificent view of the greenery of the park and the Lake where you can eat and drink in complete peace with a magnificent view! The house is super welcoming and bright and you will be welcomed by the LIVING ROOM with a very comfortable sofa bed and a SMART TV with all the entertainment programs to enjoy moments of relaxation after a beautiful day discovering all the attractions of Lake Como. The living room borders the DINING ROOM composed of chairs and a table that can also be used as a Smart Working station to work remotely thanks to the free and super fast Wifi. The house is then composed of a Double Bedroom with a King Size bed composed of a top of the range mattress and pillows to guarantee you a perfect and above all deserved rest! You will also find a complete BATHROOM with shower and sanitary ware where included in the price you will have a welcome kit with shampoo and conditioner and towels of various sizes for each guest so that you do not have to bring them from home. The KITCHEN of the house is fully equipped where you will find all the appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster as well as normal utensils such as plates, cutlery, pans, glasses and pots to prepare your meals as if you were at home! In all the rooms there is both HEATING and on request it is possible to add a cot for free.

The house is located in Olginate, a town just 15 minutes from Lecco. This is where Lake Como is born, in fact the river grows larger and larger until it forms the famous Lake Como. From the house you will have a wonderful view of the greenery and the river. The neighborhood is very quiet in fact you can relax and enjoy unique moments just a few minutes from Lake Como! Near the house there are shops of all kinds as well as pharmacies, supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants.
