Le Terrazze sul Golfo is a modern, bright and recently renovated small apartment located on Via Costalunga 1/4 just a few meters from one of the entrances to the "Cottur" bike lane and the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital. The apartment is on the third floor of a recently built stable (equipped with an elevator) and is located in an area served by many commercial activities and well connected to the city center by bus lines. It has a wide terrace that offers a wonderful view of the Gulf of Trieste. The space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA with dining table, kitchen complete with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, various utensils and television, sofa, desk. 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM 1 BATHROOM with bidet and shower 1 LARGE TERRACE with armchairs and coffee table The heating is central. A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: - 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00. - Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability. - Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee. - On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
