Freedom apartments are located in a historical building in the city centre. They are located on the second floor without lift. WILLIAM - The apartment William, recently renovated, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a very bright living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower for a total of about 60 square meters. It is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. It is located on the second floor, without a lift, of an elegant building in Piazza della Libertà, a few minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella Station and the Duomo (about 15 minutes). ROBERT - The Robert apartment is an elegant apartment for 6 people, recently renovated, located on the second floor without a lift, in an important building in Piazza della Libertà, a few minutes from Piazza Stazione and the Duomo (about 15 minutes by foot). The entrance leads to the bright living room, with frescoed ceilings, where there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a kitchenette. From the living room opens the staircase that leads to the double bedroom located on the mezzanine, while from the corridor you access the double bedroom with single beds and the bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven and dishwasher and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and TV. For last minute bookings for the same day, waiting times for check-in may increase up to an hour based on arrival time and internal organization. For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2) Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 EUR. 4) Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 EUR. 5) Cadastral survey 80 EUR.
