Metroloft is your loft in the heart of the city of Bologna.

Metroloft is a very bright "earth-sky" openspace with and indipendent entrance and a small private courtyard, furnished with outdoor furniture. It's a part of an industrial building that's been completely restored and transformed into housing. The courtyard leads directly into the living area consisting in a fully equipped open space kitchen: in addition to the induction cooker and refrigerator, a grill/microwave oven and dishwasher are available. The living area continues towards a small sitting area with sofa bed and Smart TV. From the same room you can access the bathroom with a large shower; you will find hand and shower towels ( for each guest), toiletries, a hairdryer and a washing machine. A comfortable staircase leads from the living area to the walkable mezzanine. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed ( wich can be divided into 2 single beds) and an open wardrobe. The beds in the house are complete with sheets, pillowcases and blankets. The whole house is heated/cooled with an indipendent heat pump. It's possible to bring small animals.

It's the ideal place for a stay in town, whether is for work or turism. The loft is located in a quiet and cool residential area next to a beautiful park, 15 minutes away from Bologna Central Station (Carracci exit) and the Old Town (the heart of the city) and close to Bologna fair area. In the area you can find the bus stops of the line 27-25 that will lead you to the Central Station, Fair Area and Old town. A shuttle service "Marconi Express" connects the Marconi Airport to the Central Station whithin 7 minutes. All around town are available Bikesharing and CarSharing services. Nearby the loft: Postal Office, supermarkets and restaurants.
