Small but lovely studio apartment right in the center of Merano with self check-in. It was recently renovated and is located in a very quiet location. Shopping, cafes, restaurants and many attractions are within walking distance. The apartment has everything for a comfortable city getaway and is perfect as a starting point for any activity. The studio apartment has a kitchen with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, espresso mocha, all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. Bed sheets and towels are included. Double bed (1,60x2,00m) 43" TV free WIFI ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! In order to discover insider spots and the best cafes, restaurants, shopping and other activities, a guestbook is available in the accommodation. You are more than welcome to write down your experiences in it. Unfortunately, there are no private parking spaces available. However, there are parking lots and parking garages around the accommodation for a fee. About 5 minutes walk away is a free parking lot ("Parking Lido").
