A modern apartment with a terrace in a new building near Como city center. This apartment would be perfect for a couple but can host up to 4 guests, possibly a family. There is a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. Guests will appreciate the equipped kitchenette and the furnished outdoor terrace which calls for a romantic dinner while enjoying the mountain view. In this property, it is mandatory to separate the garbage. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. A single-level apartment with an elevator in the building – suitable for people with some mobility issues. Not adapted for permanent wheelchair users. Parking in a private garage is free and included with the apartment.
