Just a two-minute walk from Piazza Duomo, Piazza Garibaldi and all the main streets of the historic center, this bright two-room apartment is ideal for both tourist and business stays. Fully furnished, it has: - View of the Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi - Large living room with kitchenette and two single sofa beds - Private bathroom - Bedroom with double bed - Smart TV 55 " - Free Wifi - Coffee machine Upon request, it is possible to have a baby bed. The apartment is in the center, therefore it is an ideal starting point to discover all the beauties that the city has to offer: from the splendid parks to the unmissable historical monuments, from the shopping streets to those of night entertainment. Being a 15 minute walk from the train station, it is also excellent for those arriving in Parma without a car. Being in the historic center, the apartment cannot be reached by car except by buying a special access ticket. All information is available on the Infomobility Parma website in the "ZTL e varchi" section.
The property is a few minutes walk from Piazza Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi, the two vital centers of the city. Furthermore, it is also very close to Borgo Giacomo Tommasini and Via Cavour - shopping streets - and to Via Farini, characterized by various bars where the Parmesans meet to have an aperitif or a drink after dinner. Other points of interest: - Basilica della Steccata (3 minutes on foot) - Teatro Regio (4 minutes on foot) - S.
