Located in a quiet area, close to all services, it has an exclusive private garden which, take my word for it, you and especially your children will appreciate very much. It is also safe, nice, clean, organized, air-conditioned, has wi-fi fiber, and above all it is in a strategic position close to all the beaches and the most beautiful artistic and tourist locations in the area. Another fundamental advantage of this house is the PRIVATE RESERVED PARKING included in the price. In fact, in this area, if you don't have parking, your holiday could become a nightmare! At the house you will also find an interesting practical guide, created by us in your language, much appreciated by tourists. Info and 24-hour assistance complete the picture.
25 years of experience in the Police force, currently a freelancer with a Prefect license, means guaranteed reliability and certified by the Italian State then add total assistance during your stay: these are two very important aspects to carefully evaluate these days. After you have evaluated, also add over 20 years of experience in renting vacation homes to tourists.
As already mentioned, the house is in a strategic position. The closest beaches are those of Marinella di Sarzana and Marina di Carrara: they are wide, with fine sand and above all they have plenty of free parking (in Marina di Carrara there are no paid parking, only free), you arrive in 5 minutes.. The most famous beaches in the area are VENERE AZZURRA, BAIA BLU, TELLARO, FIASCHERINO, ECO DEL MARE, PUNTA BIANCA, PUNTA CORVO, they are all 7 to 10 minutes away from the house! To visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, embarkation of the boat is in Lerici 10 minutes away or in La spezia 15 minutes away. If you want to take the tour 5 TERRE by train, the Sarzana railway station is 7 minutes away with free parking next to the station or you can go to La Spezia. All the places that for any reason deserve a visit (PIETRASANTA, MARBLE QUARRIES, FORTE DEI MARMI, PORTOVENERE, etc.) are within a maximum radius of 15-25 minutes. Famous cities of art such as PISA, LUCCA or the beautiful PORTOFINO can be reached in a maximum of one hour. Basically, if you want a dynamic holiday, you want to see new things every day, you want to be able to choose every day between the sea, art and gastronomy, or take your bike and go to the beach on a safe route and at the end of the day you want a little relaxing in the garden, you can strongly consider this solution.
