The location is great. One of the best place to stay in La Spezia if you want to visit Cinque Terre. Right in front of the train station (2 min walk). If you want to visit La Spezia, the main attractions are at least 15-20 min away. The hotel offered me a parking card, with free parking around the hotel, in the blue marked spots. It was not easy to find a spot, but there are some available most of the time. The area where you can park the car is 2-5 min walk from the hotel. The Wifi is good (50 mbps), with a stable connection. Good breakfast, with delicious sweets.

Nice hotel, up the hill. Comfortable; breakfast is nice. The staff is cordial and helpful. Parking is possible and convenient for a fee. It's a 10' walk to the marina.

The location was perfect, it was a beautiful scenic walk to town and to the train station, easy access the cinque terre. And the staff of the hotel were beyond amazing and hospitable and took good care of me as a female solo traveller

The staff were amazing right from the moment we walked in the door! Rooms were nice and clean and parking was available. Food was fantastic at breakfast and dinner!

Excellent location, I took the boat for cinque terra and it was very close.

A beautiful, quiet and intimate place facing a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Poets, and on clear days even the snow-capped Alps. Perfect for relaxing or for day trips in the area. If you wish to visit the villages of the Cinque Terre, you can drive 10 minutes and park near the La Spezia train station, from where trains depart every few minutes — just 7 minutes to the first village. The location is also ideal for exploring the villages and towns around the Gulf of Poets.

Lovely location. Still needed to drive for restaurants but on the bay

Breakfast was delicious, staff was kind and went the extra mile to help us. The nicest people so far on our trip.

Location is excellent - right in front of the beach club (just note it's more of a family beach which not everyone may like - we loved it because it was peaceful, safe and quiet).

The view of the sea from our room was breathtaking! Outstanding breakfast! Staff were very courteous!

Super close to train station, clean & modern room, very quiet at night. Simple but tasty breakfast. No problem storing luggage for a few hours after checkout.

The hotel is great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious. The location is closer to the train station than to the city center but it's exactly what we needed. And it's not far away from the center as well.
