L'appartamento è mansardato ed esposto a sud-ovest (la terrazza panoramica prende il sole tutto il pomeriggio). Intorno a casa ci sono prati e un bosco con sentieri, una cascata e tavoli da picnic. Sant'Andrea è un piccolo paese di montagna con un supermarket ben fornito, una farmacia e un bancomat. Troverai anche un parco giochi per bambini e un campetto da calcio. La Cabinovia Plose (aperta in estate e inverno) è raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi di sentiero nel bosco oppure in 2 minuti in auto. La cabinovia porta alla partenza degli impianti di risalita per le piste da sci. Vicino alla cabinovia ci sono piste per bambini e principianti. L'appartamento si trova a 8 Km da Bressanone, gioiello dell'Alto Adige con il suo elegante centro storico, l'Acquarena, il Palazzo del Ghiaccio, la Palestra Vertikale per arrampicare.
