Leave me a message and I'll forward you the links) The flat is situated inside a building exactly on the basement floor, cool in summer warm in winter!!! enjoys a small communal atrium dedicated to accommodation. Once inside there is a large living room/kitchen area with two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a bed. You have a 40 inch TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc.. Wi-fi is unlimited and it has a fast fibre line also suitable for smart working. It has a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, a selection of teas and herbal teas and all the utensils and pots and pans for your stay! Continuing on you will find the bathroom with a large shower, towel warmer and complete sanitary facilities. The towel set consists of soft, high quality face and body towels as well as the courtesy set containing: - 1 shampoo - 1 shower gel - 1 intimate soap bar - 1 hair cap You will find a hairdryer and a convenient cabinet where you can store your personal belongings. The bedroom has a large wardrobe for storing your clothes and luggage. Inside are two extra pillows to enhance your stay. It has everything you need and more for a stay of leisure, tourism and business. For up to 4 guests! Distance from Circolo hospital and Fondazione Macchi 2.1 km Distance from Varese railway station 1.3 km Distance to Estensi Palace and Gardens 800 m Distance Villa Panza Park 1 km Sacro Monte Distance 7.5 km Distance Porto Ceresio 14 km Smoking is not allowed inside the flat! We recommend the use of the "Easy Park" application on your smartphone to facilitate and speed up payment for parking, as there are only pay car parks in the vicinity.
