The Neve studio was renovated in 2021. There are two large windows, the heating is autonomous and the door is armoured. It has a vaguely 50s style. It is located within the walls, in the Zaragoza area, in the fascinating Vicolo della neve (snow alley) The apartment is perfect for two people, even for medium long stays. There is also a mezzanine (height 94 cm, you are not standing there) where another double bed is located. Children love this solution very much. Cleaning products, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, spare keys, towels and fans are available to guests. Fire detector, fire extinguisher, first aid case are present. The kitchen is very well equipped. Regarding pets… depend on the pet since it is a studio. All you have to do is come to Bologna, and, please stay for more than two days, the city itself has a lot to offer, but mind also that Bologna is in a strategic position to easily reach by train or by car Florence, Venice, Ravenna, Ferrara, Modena and the Po’s Delta.

I love the historic centre of Bologna and I would like my guests to be able to better appreciate everything that Bologna has to offer, on a cultural, artistic and culinary level. It will be a pleasure for me to give you some indications about busses, trips, good restaurants, taverns, and many places to chill out!

We are in the Saragozza district, Yes you can go everywhere on foot (Piazza Maggiore, the two Towers, Piazza Santo Stefano, the herb market, the Pavaglione porch, the Margherita Gardens. Many bus lines depart from the nearby Piazza Malpighi or from via Saragozza. Near the Studio Neve, the bus passes to reach the Basilica of San Luca, on the Colle della Guardia, and maybe walk down along the arcades and enjoy a splendid panorama of Bologna. A supermarket and a pharmacy are close by. There are many bars to make excellent Italian-style breakfasts inside the walls.
