Top floor with terrace and lift of a newly built residential complex in the south of Verona, 10 minutes by bus from the historic center. It is about 1400 meters on foot. from Veronafiere, 1200 meters from the G.B Rossi Hospital and a 5-minute bus ride from the rail station. Private garage with key included. Nearby, various bus stops, supermarkets, and various shops. Ideal for those who want to have a base not only to visit the historic center, but also the territory. The ring road and the motorway are a few minutes' drive away.
Graduate, freelancer, my main goal has always been to see people satisfied with my work and what I can offer. I love my city and its territory, because it is rich in art, culture, nature and good food. That is why I would like to share my knowledge of these places with people from all over the world.
The district of Borgo Roma is located in the area south of the Historical Center. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, bank branches, bars, self service laundries, fuel stations and more. Not far away there are two important shopping centers. Borgo Roma houses the University of Medicine and an important Hospital. It is also close to Veronafiere where events such as Fieragicola, Vinitaly, Marmomac and Fieracavalli are held. It is a very dynamic neighborhood and very popular especially for young people, to live, work or study. The geographical position is excellent, as it is convenient to the ring road, the motorway, the railway station and the historic center. For this reason the district is in great demand also by tourists, who want to have a base to visit not only Verona and its magnificent territory, but also other nearby cities such as Venice, Bologna, Trento, Mantua and more.
