A wonderful, 45m2 open layout property in the immediate outskirts of Bologna, with a large 30m2 terrace, housed on the 3rd floor of a stately building serviced by elevator, and located in the proximity of the Sant’Orsola Hospital. The large living-room and bedroom windows overlooking faraway hills give this property an elegant and bright touch. The wrap-around terrace can be accessed both from the living room and the sleeping area. In particular, the former includes: dining table for 4, Queen sleeper sofa, and functional and modern kitchen with oven. The media storage system and 32" flat screen TV are across the sofa. The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, placed in front of a TV, and a big wardrobe that occupies the entire wall next to the bed. From this area, it is possible to access the widest portion of the covered terrace, featuring a two-seater sofa, as well as a table with chairs. This is a wonderful spot from which warm spring and summer days can be enjoyed. Finally, the bathroom, in front of the bed area, is modern and functional and includes a shower stall with crystal door, as well as a washing machine. PETS: Pets are allowed. Extra charges apply.

The flat is located in a strategic position, since it is close to the Historical Center (reachable in a few minutes by bus), to Sant’Orsola Hospital, to the exit of the ring road and to Bologna Exhibition Hall. The area is rich in shops: at less than 100 m. you can find one shopping mall. Along the Via Emilia, up to the center, there are many restaurants (sushi, pizzerias and trattorias), bar and pubs. In front of the apartment, there is a newsagent’s, a pizzeria, a bar and a bank. PARKING: The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). Free, public parking slot in a small square behind the property (Via Ponte Vecchio).
