From the terrace you access the living room with kitchenette equipped with natural gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bedroom with access to a balcony with washing machine and external sink. The renovated bathroom has a shower cubicle and window. From the apartment there is direct access to the boardwalk via a pedestrian gate avoiding busy streets. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, one unit is in the living room and one in the master bedroom, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days. The medieval castle dominates the village and the ancient streets to which it belongs can be visited especially in the evening to enjoy enchanting sunsets and the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and active life. There are many bars and restaurants suitable for every budget, and the beaches are equipped with bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, surf and paddle. You can easily move around on foot because the distances are short, or by bicycle along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park, or cities like Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 hour and a half) .
