Ubytování je na dobrém místě, v klidné ulici, kousek od jezera, pláže, kousek od obchůdků a restaurací. Apartmán má mnoho úložného prostoru a je velmi dobře a prakticky zařízen. Prostorové je velmi dobře řešen. K dispozici je malý zahradní domek na úschovu kol. Zahrada je velmi příjemná a i když je apartmán mezi domy, místo je velmi klidné a tiché.
