The view! I believe there are two apartments...and the apartment we got had a large deck facing the valley which is stunning! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has all you need(including a good size fridge with freezer and an oven). Parking fit our huge land cruiser, which was really nice! WiFi worked well and the hosts are responsive.
