Well connected by metro (Moscova stop a short distance away). 40SQM apartment, perfect for a couple or family looking for an intimate retreat in Milan. The apartment is custom furnished, with high design supplies, in full minimal style. Recently renovated and furnished 40sqm apartment, in the center of Milan within walking distance of Milan's main attractions. The space consists of : - Living/dining area, consisting of a 2-seater sofa, dining table and practical closet. - Kitchen, equipped with everything you need (glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, basic necessities), dishwasher and stove. - Spacious bedroom, with spacious closet, SMART TV and small balcony overlooking the ARC OF PEACE. - Modern bathroom with large, new shower stall. Maximum attention to cleanliness and guest experience. After booking you will receive all information on how to get to the apartment and how to enter. Included in the price of the reservation: - Night kit (shampoo, bubble bath and shower gel, SET makeup remover, soap). - Household linen, washed and sterilized after each reservation. - Set of towels for each guest (body and face) - Welcome kit (water, toilet paper, single-use paper towels, jam, rusks, coffee and tea).
