Donna Simona is a ground floor apartment in Polignano a Mare located a few steps from Via Roma, the most important street in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, and 950m from the city beach of Lama Monachile. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is equipped with A/C and fiber Wi-Fi, perfect for those who needs to working remotely. The apartment opens onto the living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, sink, washing machine and table with chairs. The fridge is located in a small space under the stairs to the left of the living area, in this area we also find access to the bathroom with shower. A curtain separates the living area from the main bedroom, equipped with a double bed. On the opposite side, on the wall, there is access to a spacious hallway where the spiral staircase is located that leads to the mezzanine with the second double bed. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2 per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days. This short-term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation. Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30, after that time 50 subject to confirmation) Check-Out: before 10am
