Welcome to this peaceful, spacious, breezy and centrally-located property, with an exclusive swimming pool with safety gate, 5 mins from Blue Diamond Shopping Centre, 10 minutes from the “Hip Strip”, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. No shared spaces. Security alarm, Free parking on property & Electronic front Gates. Fruits trees for you to use when in season. Outdoor private patio, Fenced yard. Celling Fans. Two self contained bedrooms, one with queen bed and AC and one with double bed and ceiling fan. Wifi and Cable TV. Fully furnished kitchen. Hot Water. Washing Machine. Private gardens. First Aid Kit
