Property information

Newly opened in June 2023. All facilities are still very new. It is a 4-minute walk from Oimachi Station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The 17㎡ room has a double bed (140cm) and a semi-double (120cm) sofa bed, so it is possible to accommodate up to 4 people. It may be small for 4 adults, but I think it's best to keep costs down as a room just for sleeping. It is equipped with wifi and has cooking utensils and a washing and drying machine, so you can spend your time like your own home. TV is 40 inch. There are many delicious shops such as convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's also nice to have fun at Senbero-gai (very cheap izakaya). There is also a shuttle bus from Haneda Airport. Oimachi Station is a very convenient town, even though it is only 3 minutes away from Shinagawa Station where the Shinkansen is located. Day trip hot springs and public baths are also nearby, so please enjoy Oimachi.
