Perfect location just center of everything

I like the service staff in the hotel. Friendly and respectful to all my needs. - I decided to checkout and complete my trip around shiba until the evening time, the staff protected all my luggages in a safe in the lobby. Also, me with my sisters wanted to pray , the staff were respecting my religion and open one of the formal room for us to pray twice time in the same day of check out. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone

Position, price quality, kind staff, i had every comfort that i needed and the reception is for everything open 24h, when i will back to tokyo i will book this hotel again

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal! Close to convenience stores and train stations. Amazing view of Tokyo Tower as well!

Everything was perfect. The stuff was very nice and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect if you want to explore different parts of Tokyo because it has 3 stations to a distance of 5 to 15 minutes.

Great location. Easy access to train station. Great short walk to Tokyo Tower and park areas. Room was spotless and cleaned every day to a very high standard. Staff very polite and friendly. Lifts very quick. Very good value for money in Tokyo.

Super spacious, clean and convenient. 400m from the station, quiet neighbourhood with many great food options(ie without English menu). Has many fine touches that surprised us. Definitely coming back if we are back in Tokyo’

Hotel very well located, with a metro station at the hotel entrance, with quick access to many of the city's attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff, concerned with helping us visit the best attractions. The breakfast served its purpose but there is room for improvement (little variety). The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the equipment was also great.

I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before but I like the concept. It was clean, simple, comfortable and cosy. The staff were very nice.

Spectacular, jaw-dropping view of Tokyo tower and Skytree. Five-star comfortable bed. Space age smart bathroom with jacuzzi. Professional and welcoming reception staff.
