Beds were hard but very comfortable, view from our room was great, close to the Metro + convenience stores and restaurants nearby....

Exactly what is advertised. Small rooms but have everything you need. In a great suburb and only a few minutes to multiple train stations. Amazing views of the Sky Tree and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The hotel room was surprisingly spacious for Japan’s standards, we were able to open three large suitcases comfortably, which is quite rare. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also provide a microwave and a 2-in-1 washing and drying machine, though there are only two units available. I’d recommend using a nearby coin laundry instead, as it’s more convenient. The hotel is located close to Asakusa Station and within walking distance of Sensoji Temple, which makes exploring the area very easy. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Great location. Direct train to the airport and city centre. Only 10 minutes away to shinkansen station by taxi. Very convenient as it is located next to skytree mall and has a big supermarket underneath. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size is not too small. Clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable. Free breakfast with lots of variety.

It was an excellent stay. Close proximity to Skytree and Oshiage station, which has two lines. Easy commute to HND. Room was clean and staff are helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Good and super clean shared bathrooms

Amazing hotel hotel deserves a stop to talk about it. First, the building is an architectural masterpiece, and what makes it even more beautiful is the addition of natural wood, both outside and inside the hotel, in a striking, elegant and modern way. Room is comfortable, modern, clean and contains everything necessary. Shower is very wonderful. Vew from my room is beautiful. Rooftop has an amazing view of the city and the Sky Tree Tower. Employees are polite and helpful and speak English fluently. The area is very well-served, and most importantly, it is close to the train station for Handa and Narita airports.

Best customer service we came across in JP, owner is very communicative and happy and quick to help. They have whole guidebook prepared for firstcomers, which is nice touch! Location is very nice and easy to find, lot of convenience stores nearby and 3 train stations closeby (10-20 mins) too . There are microwaves avaible on the floor, as well as kettle and sink in the room. Very pleasant cosmetics in bathroom. There were some minuses but I'd probably stay again if I have a chance in future. :)
