About this property
Featuring free WiFi in all rooms, Koran no Yu Kinkouro offers the indoor and outdoor public hot-spring baths overlooking views of Nishikiko Bay and Sakurajima. Guests can enjoy open-air bath overlooking a Japanese garden. Rooms are Western or Japanese-style. A free shuttle is available from Taguchida Bus Stop and from JR Miyagahama Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms have tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding or carpeted floors with Western beds. All rooms have sea views, a TV, and a private toilet. Bathrooms are shared with all guests. Guests can relax with a massage or sing at the karaoke room. Local gifts can be purchased at the souvenir shop and drinks are available at the bar. A traditional multi-course meal is served for dinner and a Japanese set-menu for breakfast. Meals are served at the dining room or at the Chirin restaurant. Kinkouro Koran no Yu is a 15-minute drive from Mount Uomidake and a 30-minute drive from Lake Ikeda. Chirin-shima Island is 2625 feet from Uomi Port, which is a 10-minute drive away from the ryokan. A free shuttle is available in the evening to Saraku Sand Bath, which is a 15-minute drive away.

To use the hotel's free shuttle from Taguchida Bus Stop or JR Miyagahama Train Station, please make a reservation in advance by the check-in date. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Guests without a meal plan who want to eat dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
The outdoor hot spring bath is a free-use public bath 5:00-9:30 and 19:00-00:00. At other hours guests can reserve it for private use.
The indoor hot spring bath is available 5:00-9:30 and 15:00-01:00.
Both baths have separate divisions for men and women.
Guests with food allergies or with dietary restrictions must inform the hotel at time of booking. Please indicate in the Special Requests box when booking.
Karaoke rooms can be rented by groups of guests.
