It’s clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. And it’s near from the mall and bus station.

Location was good for the condition i arrived in as it was a long day. Walking from the station early before the mall closes is the most optimal.

The room for 2 was spacious enough to open up our luggage and the 2 single bed are good size for each of us. Well equipped with LCD tv, kettle and hair dryer. Even the main light came with a remote control. Good!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Oriental Express Kagoshima Tenmonkan. The hotel has an excellent central location, with convenient access to public transport. The staff were friendly, the facilities were nice, and the price offered very good value. Our room was also quiet and clean. The room was quite small, but this is typical for hotels in Japan. A special mention must go to the pillow. It was genuinely the best hotel pillow I have slept on in years, and I am now seriously considering buying one for myself! Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable place to stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Great spot. Only Three stops away from the station via the tram. And then a 5-minute walk. The room was great. It was a good size and the bed was comfy and the shower tub sizes perfect. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant down on the first floor in the lobby that you can go to if you don't want to go too far but it's 1500 yen per person. The workers were all really friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I would definitely highly recommend it.

For a luxury stay in Kagoshima, Sheraton is the destination. Very good staff, excellent breakfast, 5 star amenities. This is a great choice for a short trip to beautiful Kagoshima. Food bath is a great property. And the view to the Sakurajima ... Just breathtaking. Make the extra booking, and choose the Sakurajima.view room. You will not regret.

Right in the JR station super convenient, very friendly and helpful staff. They offered bath salt which added to the good experience of the stay.

I stayed here for a night while waiting for my new apartment to be ready. The location is super close to the station and restaurants, etc. It's very convenient. The staff were so nice!! I felt very welcomed. The room was nice, big bed, big bath. I could even watch Netflix on the TV. Overall I recommend this hotel if you're stopping by Kagoshima city.
