The upstairs lounge is beautiful. The on-site onsen is atmospheric and wonderful. The staff (Ash from the lounge, Ed from front desk) really went beyond to make the stay welcoming and easy. The on-site ski/snowboard hire (Snow Base) has all new North Face gear and staff all great.

Singaporeセンスの良いデザインで統一された、キレイなホテルです。温泉浴場もゆったりした作りで、リラックス出来ました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで親切。お部屋からは妙高山がきれいに見えました。今回は一泊でしたが、次回はもう少し長く滞在したいと思います。
Japanレストランの席からのロケーションがたまたま素敵な満月の出あり、すばらしい記念日となりました。スタッフの皆様の応対も気持ちよく親切で、とても心地よい滞在でした。ありがとうございました。また機会がありましたら、是非伺いたいと思います。
Japanハーフブッフェスタイルの夕食はメイン料理も種類が選べ、美味しかった。 キッズスペース、お風呂にベビー用の石鹸等があり、小さい子供連れにはおすすめできる。
