Convenient location for the metro to the rest of the city and Narita airport. It is definitely on the outer edge of the city, but it really depends where you want to be and if you don’t mind travelling. I stayed in 3 hostels in Tokyo, this was my favourite for comfort and saving $$ but not for location. Washing was cheap, but the dryer is old and weak and takes longer than expected, so you kinda end up spending the same $ One of the few hostels in Tokyo with a functioning guest kitchen, and the main reason I booked it. Comfortable beds and little lockers.
