Квартира расположена очень удобно: есть автобусная остановка в 5 минутах, есть метро в 10 минутах. Через дорогу находится вход в Ботанический Сад. Также рядом есть торговый центр, аптека и несколько кафе. Дом находится в отдалении от улицы, окна выходят во двор, поэтому шума от машин не слышно. В квартире чисто. Были полотенца, одноразовые тапочки, две пары гелей для душа и шампуней, мыло, зубные щетки. Есть небольшой уютный балкон. Хозяйка очень приветливая. Получалось быстро связаться по всем вопросам, и, в частности, договориться об удобном времени заезда и выезда, а также о составлении уведомления о прибытии.
