The room in the CITY STAY Apart Hotel Almaty has been booked for my parents, who stayed there around 4 weeks! CITY STAY is a great hotel with exceptional service, extremely helpful and friendly personnel! We would like to personally thank Aidan, Aliya, Sophie, Aisulu, Mayra, Maxim and Danya for making the stay of my parents so nice! If we ever go to Almaty again we would definitely stay in this hotel!

The breakfast are really good! A lot of choices are there. Food is great that comes along with the good ambiance of the café that is just located in the lobby of the hotel. Location is really accessible and very convenient for us tourist. What we loved also about DAMI Hotel during our stay are the employees who really gave all their support and efforts to meet our needs. Special thanks to Eldos, who really shows and extended his support to us and to the 2 gentlemen staff from their café, morning and night shift. And to the other receptionist named Adil who also assisted us on the day of our arrival and did not leave us until we are settled even we arrived really late at night. And lastly to the lady in the reception who also helped us ordered our meal and have it delivered in our room. Big thanks to them. They made our stay extra special and worthy!

Great for families with small children.

Great for families with small children. The joy rides are fun for kids. However, for adults there is not much other than the scenic views which look out at Almaty city from a distance and from a height. To be candid, you can skip Kok Tobe altogether as the gondola ride is 8000 tenge per individual. There are much nicer parts of the city to visit and spend time at than kok tobe.

Very nice to visits with kids, gives you a beautiful view of the city from the cable car, there are few restaurants, rides and entertainment places up there, along with a little farm where you can feed the animals. My 7yo had lots of fun.
