Location. Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
United KingdomThis was my second stay at this hotel and both times I was upgraded to a superior room which was a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, even when the reception was busy. Despite having a room facing the street with the bus, tram and train lines nearby, the room was quiet and we slept very well. The breakfast selection was very good and quite quiet when we visited. The hotel displayed helpful signage highlighting the most popular times for breakfast so that you could plan accordingly if you wished to avoid the rush.
