The service here was top notch. Said gave me a very warm welcome with tea and carried my suitcase to the very top floor. The owner had left me a lovely welcome letter, the bath towels were big and fluffy, the bathroom spacious and the bed linens comfortable I was lucky to have a lovely room, with my own private terrace overlooking the Oudayas, a small kitchen and peace and tranquility. Just what I needed after 2 long days of travelling from Canada. The Medina was just steps away, the beach just over the hill, and the Andalusian gardens across the road. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and good coffee. My stay here was too short, I will be sure to stay longer next time.

We ended our 10 day Morocco trip at Dar Mounia and it was such a great stay! The location is perfect, across from the Kasbah, easy access to the beaches, medina. A quick 6 min drive from the train station. Best breakfast we had during our trip! Said and Rashida were lovely too! Great value for money and will definitely stay here again when visiting Rabat

I'm very picky with the places I stay and this is by far one of the best places I've personally stayed at. We immediately felt right at home the second we walked in. This is very rare to find. My partner and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The rooms and the rest of the riad were very clean and tastefully decorated. Very calming. The staff are just beyond amazing! Very hospitable and always so helpful. The location also felt safe and it is close the medina. If we are in Rabat we will definitely go back.

Dar Mounia was an incredible experience for us, not only our favorite riad in Morocco, but one of the nicest places we have ever stayed anywhere. The building is like a gallery with beautiful art, architecture, and furnishings. It's peaceful and silent at night. The staff are kind and attentive, the breakfasts creative and varied. The attention to detail is incredible. The room was spacious and immaculate. The bed, linens and bathroom were luxurious. Fantastic AC. The location is fabulous and easy to reach.

I loved everything about my stay at Dar Mounia. The location is excellent, the staff are extremely friendly and caring and go above and beyond, my room was amazing (spacious, super clean, comfiest of beds, well-lit, lovely toiletries, iron and ironing board, loads of closet space, and other niceties in the room), and the breakfast was delicious (fried egg, an assortment of bread, jam, olives, dates, juice, coffee, tea, bottled water) and served with love and care. I was thrilled that I got to stay there!

We loved the decor and detail of every room, seating area, and terrace. It’s simple yet elegant and bright. The artwork is also gorgeous! The staff here is incredible, especially the manager Said. He made us feel so special and welcomed upon arrival then took us on a great tour of the riad. The breakfast was delicious and filling! We couldn’t believe how big it was.
