Great and friendly staff, both in reception and restaurant areas. The food was maybe a bit expensive, but excellent in all restaurants. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The room was spacious and comfy.

The head chef seems to keep a really close eye on everything, which keeps things perfect, even during the peak times. • The hotel management clearly focus on cleanliness, and everywhere is kept clean & immaculate. You could eat your food off the restaurant floor it’s scrubbed that much each day. • The entertainment is good for all ages, whether you want to participate or not. • Superb, hard working staff, too many names to remember, but they all do whatever they can to assist. • 3rd year I’ve been back, and I’ll be back next year for sure.

the location, quality, staff, and food were all great. our suite was incredible, and we enjoyed using the lounge and kids club. all of the staff were great but Mohammad in the lounge, Rachid at concierge and Aya at reception really made a positive difference in our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The room, the views, the pool and play area were all great. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. There are also two other restaurants at the hotel but the main one for breakfast had a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the activities by the animation team! Got to dance and work out whilst I was there and it was a really great addition to the overall experience. Thanks to the RA (animation) team!

almost everything. first of all its On the beach and the beach is beautiful and excellent for surfing too. the food is amazing. i strongly recommend half board. the service was excellent. and the animation team was nice enthusiastic and proactive
