Perfect for a beach holiday. Guaranteed sunshine all year around. Great restaurants, beaches, markets. Croc Park is my favorite. Price wise Morocco is still great value for money and cheaper than any European country.

I love this area of Morroco.
I love this area of Morroco. I stayed in a village with the Atlantic below. It is a quiet village away from the masses that go to the larger cities. The people were warm and caring, leaving a great reason to come back again.

There is so much to a trip to Agadir.
There is so much to a trip to Agadir. Ask the taxi first how much to the Souk or wherever you are going - agree on a price. Be careful about booking a city tour as the guides invariably take you to their cousin's gift shop etc.
It is a tipping culture so be prepared and bring lots of fivers or tenners.
Bring mosquito repellant the hubs was covered in bites.
Pre book the taxi on booking.com cost us 18 euro in Oct. 24.
Bring lots of snacks while out and about for the stray dogs and cats.
If you are a dog lover bring flea pour on repellant for the poor dogs and treat one or two.
Paradise Valley trip is a must see it only cost 20euro and was the highlight of our trip.
Then we got ripped off on a boat trip that only went out a little bit away from the shore parked up and offered us pathetic fishing and the view was awful concrete beach breakers! Not worth the 100 euro we paid. I was so disappointed as everything else was so good. Shop around.
Shops all close for siesta at 2pm.
No alcohol available in the shops, there is one or two shops in the whole of Agadir to sell beer or wine - we never found them. The restaurants serve alcohol.

It was so easy and reasonable getting around Agadir in the orange taxis.
The people were very friendly, kind and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all.
Agadir is very well policed and seems quite strict so you do feel safe.
Any and every toilet we went in (whether old or new) were super clean.
The Quad bikes through 'Get Your Guide' are a must do - real value for money and a great experience.
Definitely try a Hamman and massage. Mine was booked through the hotel and was amazing.
All the food was delicious and I'd say the fish and seafood was the best I;ve had. Real value for money - huge portions! O Playa, Bloom, Al Fassia, Le Mauresque, Jardin D'Eau and L'Ardoise Gourmets were all outstanding restaurants.

Agadir is a great city.
Agadir is a great city. Just remember you are in Africa not Europe! People are friendly and helpful.
Always feel safe but as with anywhere that is filled with tourists, keep to main streets etc. if you need a taxi, use the orange ones as they are much cheaper. Anywhere within agadir should be no more than 20 dh max so set the price before getting in or use one with a meter. Simply stand somewhere sensible heading in the direction you want to go and hail them down. There are beer and wine shops if you want alcohol and a few bars that sell alcohol but not all of them do. Remember that this is a Muslim country so be respectful and dress modestly when out and about.

I booked it only because I needed a place for a very short stay but it ended up being one of the best things that happened to me in Morocco! This group of strangers made me so welcomed! Late night talks, warm place, mint tea and smiles of everyone on that rooftop!
If I’m going back, I’m deffo staying there again!
I loved the location of the property, it was close to the Agadir beach.
Entertainment at the hotel was awesome. There are two bars, one with entertainment every evening, the beach, Zanzibar close by the hotel for a classy night out.
Good food for an all inclusive stay
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff
Our last day in Morocco and the best hotel of all. But we were lucky to get a big discount on Booking. Great apartment for 4 people, very good beds, huge TV sets, great location. Superb breakfast. Great service.
