This Riad was stunning! Every corner of this place is good for the eye. Location was also near the Tannery, but if you wanna go to the Medina, you have to take taxi that will take around 5mins.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Kassim. it was so beautifully decorated, perfectly located, we felt so welcome & the staff made us feel right at home. Mahmoud was literally the most magical, nicest human being I have ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with. there was no hesitation when helping with directions, he took us to places and came back to pick us up when we went somewhere & always replied so quickly. we even had a chance to cook with him upstairs on the most beautiful terrace. Honestly, if I would have known how wonderful a visit this would have been I would have stayed longer. I will most definately be back. the aesthetic was so pleasant & Aya is such a beautiful soul. thank you for treating us like family Dar Kassim!

Served on the rooftop, we really enjoyed the breakfasts with a view. Our stay was 5 days and the service was very helpful and friendly. We felt very much at home. The hotel arranged taxis for us in and outside the city, even sent with us escorts to show direction in the maze of a city that Fes is.

Hamza, Marwan and Mr. Abdeltif were great hosts. They cheerfully answered our questions and provided suggestions for where to go and what places to avoid. They would routinely check on us to make sure everything was going well. Breakfast was always a little slow but only because everything was fresh and cooked to order. We had some friends stay at another 'fancier' riad while we were there, and we definitely got a much better deal in terms of service, friendliness and overall value received for our money.

The hotel’s interior design was incredible! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived in the middle of summer and was happy to see an AC. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, please note it’s on 4th floor and there is no elevator. I’m out of shape but managed fine. The staff was engaging and helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the beginning. We booked a couple of private day tours thru Hamzah the manager and he ended up taking us on one of them. He showed us so many interesting places, i.e., Berber cave dwellings, monkey mountain, etc. He was incredibly helpful and his ties to the community allowed us to have the best, most authentic experience possible. Thank you for everything!

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help me find the Riad, to help me find my way around Fès. The Riad is close to a parking near the edge of the Medina wall, so it's relatively easy to find, and to grab an affordable taxi to the other side of the Medina if you have a program somewhere else. I highly recommend staying here!
