Location was perfect for exploring Ulaanbaatar. Boogi is lovely, kind and generous and keeps the place immaculate. She prepares delicious breakfasts for guests.

Very clean with large rooms and 3 large bathrooms. Laundry facilities. Hot water. Filtered water is available. Nice deck views from the 12th floor. Very helpful staff. This guesthouse is on the 12th floor of a nice apartment complex. There is a convenience store and 2 restaurants in the lobby. Final, excellent breakfast!!!

Very clean and spacious room. bed was very comfortable and the desk and reliable WiFi were perfect for some work meetings I needed to have. There’s a bathroom across the hallway that may be shared by other rooms but at the time we stayed, there weren’t many guests so it was pretty much all ours. The breakfast was exquisite and had a very lovely presentation. Boogii was a fantastic host. She’s a fluent English speaker and helped us book COVID tests that we needed to fly back home. Her children were very kind and helpful as well. We were able to do laundry after our 3 week tour in the countryside (for a small/reasonable price). Also situated very centrally near the heart of downtown Ulaanbaatar. Overall a great value and would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and cosy place; well located, just a walking distance to major city attractions. Boogii, the host, is very friendly, you will be staying with her and her lovely family; she also runs a tour company and can arrange for you a perfect itinerary both in Ulaanbaatar and around Mongolia. Will definite stay with her again, once in Mongolia.

Exellent accomodation, on 12 th floor in a beautiful building, located in a quite and safe area in the centre of Ulaanbaator. All services, like restaurants, supermarkets and all tourist interesting points, at walking distance. Large room moore confortable with balcony and nice view on the city. Sharing bathrooms, always very clean and functional. All systems like general heathing, shower, kitchen, operating very well. Free Internet with good signal. Transfer from / to airport available at any time. Ok also to reach interesting points in the city countryside. Boogii and family, very friendly, and available to provide any information. I had a very nice stay for 2 weeks, and I’m sure to return in the future. Absolutly recomended.

I had just the most pleasant stay here! Host Boorgi provided excellent sevice and helped me a lot with navigating the city. My room was spacious and light, very clean at all times. Water pressure in the shower was ok, they also had water filter and refrigirator in the kitchen. I really liked the area, all of the nice shops and restaurants are really close to the place.

The hostess, Bogii is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. As my flight arrived in the middle of the night, she arranged a pickup service at the airport. The location of Gobi Girl is within walking distances to xhoxe interesting touristy places.

This feels more of an Airbnb than a hostel, as you're staying in the host's home. She's very warm and welcoming, and happy to help with everything. The property is in an excellent location. There are two lifts going to different apartments, which can be confusing when you first arrive, and you also need a code to get through to the lifts. I would definitely stay again.

Boogii is lovely. She was so gracious and did what she could to be helpful. Unfortunately, my timing was just a few days after a major flood ripped through her area of the city, causing a loss of water and electricity so there was a lot of damage in the neighbourhood. Gobi Girl is just a 7-10 min walk from the main square. The neighbourhood is quiet, but within a short walk are restaurants, shopping malls, the Chojin Lama Temple, etc. Mongolia is not an easy country to travel independently, especially during Naadam Festival, so I ended up joining in with an arranged tour. I would definitely stay with Gobi Girl if my travels ever bring me back to Mongolia.
